Last night we had a little something dropped at our door from someone in our ward. It was cookies with a very sweet and thoughtful letter to our family. I love the Lakeview ward so much and am really going to miss all the YW. We are so thankful to be able to have gone to a ward that we enjoyed so much. So, whoever it was last night......thank you! You MADE our day! The cookies were awesome too(says Jeremy and the kids).

Mail Myself To You

I'm gonna wrap myself in paper
I'm gonna dab myself with glue
Stick some stamps on top of my head
I'm gonna mail myself to you

I'm gonna tie me in red string
I'm gonna use red ribbon too

Happy Birthday Ky Ky

It's my older sister Kylie's birthday today. I always looked forward to her birthday when we were little. Birthday parties consisted of red and pink hearts everywhere.I feel bad cuz looking back I was a pain in the butt...I followed her everywhere and always wanted to be just like her. Poor Kylie! She is the best! I look up to her so much as a person and as a mom. I will miss her soooooo much when we leave. I can call her anytime of the day and she will drop anything to help me out. She is my best friend and sister, what else could you ask for?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KYLIE!

We found out that we will be leaving April 1. We are so excited to move on to the next chapter of our lives and start this new adventure! But I am sick at the the thought of not being able to see Mr. Colby man. It will be very tough for all of us. I hope that he knows how much we love him and will miss him. We will definitley be looking forward to him coming and visiting. England here we come!

My Lil' SnowMan

Riley is loving to play in the snow this year and it is such a process to get him all dressed in his warm gear to go outsitde and then 10 minutes later he is done and wants to come back in. I decided to let him play in the snow as much as he wants this year because next year we will be in England and there isn't really much snow to play in. I wanted to take some pics of him and he kept chasing me around trying to get me with snowballs. He finally gave up and would through the snow in the air and then run through it as it fell! He loves to do snow angels and then he flips over and does it so his face is in the snow.....he calls those Riley's angels.
Good times!

SOME of the Christmas Pictures

We had a great time with Grandma and Aunt Mimi. Ione our dear family friend came over for dinner and Christmas Eve. We were very blessed this year and we were so thankful for the time we had with our friends and family .We had a great time through the holidays. I will post the rest of the asap!

This is why I NEVER go to a new stylist for hair cuts!

For those of you that know me you know that for Riley's first year and a half alive I buzzed his hair really short. For the past year we have been letting it grow out so it was longer. I have been slacking in the haircut department and Riley was long over due for one. Well, we took little man for a haircut this past week and the girl who usually does it wasn't working. Me and Jeremy decided to go to someone else, besides all that we were doing was trimming it. How can someone really mess that up? There is nothing more for me to say....the pictures tell all! My poor Riley! We had to go back that next day and try to have them attempt to fix it...his hair looks like Hitlers. They did what they could and it looks a little better. All I have to say is that it is a good thing hair grows!

Happy New Year!

I cannot believe that New Year's is here already! What are we doing for New Years you ask? My answer is a big whopping NOTHING! Me and Jer will probably watch a movie and try to stay awake. I know. I know. We're animals! I keep making such a big deal about this coming year and thinking about how 2008 has really flown by. I was thinking why is this year any different than the rest. OH!!! but wait it is....we only have three and a half months left and then England here we come! Time is flying by and I am trying to stop and appreciate Utah and my family and friends while I can! Anyways.....We had a great time for Christmas with Jer's Mom and sister Amy(hopefully Dad can make it next time). They were with us for a week and the time flew by. We love and miss them already! I am just waiting to get their pictures emailed to me and then I will post our Christmas pics!
Happy New Year!
