Spring has Sprung

As I was driving to take the monkeys to school today there were baby lambs EVERYWHERE(pictures to come). Yay! Spring is here. I got home and decided it was time to get out the spring decorations...oh wait I don't have any. So, what's a girl to do with no good craft store and not crafts? Well look to the world of decorating blogs. Thank goodness for them or I would have nothing in my house. So I made this for the front door and it didn't cost me a thing..not to bad eh?

Bella Bear

McKinley got the chance to bring BELLA the bear home from school a few weeks and I am just now getting around to post(I am a bad blogger lately-sorry!) She had to bring Bella everywhere with us and then write in the journal all about the fun they had. She had lots of Tea Parties and loads of fun with Bella...so cute!

St Patrick's Day!

I wasn't planning on doing anything and then I saw one of my high school friends idea that she did with her kids (thanks Ashley) and so I got out the paint and started the shenanigans to get the kids all excited. The kids came home from school thinking the Leprechaun came into our home while at school. He turned our milk green and left foot prints in the kitchen and glitter on the carpet. He left each kid some chocolate on their beds. I bought some pre-made cookies that we were going to bake for the kids and he left green finger prints all over them. On his way out of the house he even stopped for a tinkle. I thought I had gotten away with it when Riley noticed green dye on my fingers but then I told him I came home and saw the Leprechaun in our house and kicked him out which turned my hand green. So fun!

Mad hair day for comic relief

In England they have what is called Red Nose day. It is basically a day where you do something funny for charity. So for Riley's school they had Mad Hair day and the kids could do their hair crazy if they brought in a donation.
Riley wasn't very keen to the idea but warmed up to it once he got to school and saw all the other kids hair.
His hair is so thick and long that is hard to do anything. He saw it and laughed so hard saying he looked like a who from who-ville.

It's LoNdOn baby!

We have lived here for 2 years and I still hadn't gone to London. Well during half term our third day of fun was reserved for London. We had a rough start off of a day and I tried to back out of going there but Jer knew how bad I wanted to go and was determined to get there. There is No other place like London. We had a blast and just walked around and enjoyed. We knew that we will be going back alot more so for this trip we did the fun taking pictures and exploring. We drove to the outskirts of London and then hoped on the train to get us to right smack in the heart of London. Piccadilly circus. It's so fun to live in the country and then a hour and half a way to be right here!

Bath

We had alot of fun here. This was the second day of half term of our whirl wind vacation time. It was a blast. It took us 4 hours to get there and we stayed for 4 hours and then drove home. Needless to say that we slept good that night. The scenery was beautiful on the way there and back. The one thing I would do without was the speeding ticket..oops! Enjoy, I will put more detailed information on our other blog if you want to check it out.

This picture cracks me up.As you can see we had to hold Kinley back from trying to jump in. She wanted to swim so bad and then we got close enough to the water to see that it was green. She was convinced that there was broccoli in the water so she didn't want to swim anymore!

The Cathedral

After visting the Roman Bath's we had to stop and eat and the local bakery..YUmmy!

The whole city was so pretty and clean. It was nice and everyone very friendly! It had a very Italian feel to it.

Here is one of the many sculptures lined all along the top of the main Roman Bath.
