First Day of School!

Here are the monkeys the morning of the first day of school. They didn't exactly cooperate. Riley is now in Year 2 aka Second Grade. McKinley is going to her same Preschool as last year and she goes 3 times a week. They both love school and were so excited to go back. I asked Riley what he was excited about the most? He said for school lunches. Funny answer but if you have their lunch you would understand. Home made and fresh everyday!
This was McKinley's second day back and she wanted her picture taken because she was in a princess(skirt) and she said she needed a picture because she is so dang cute! I love my monkeys!

Rhett and Allana have Arrived!

We are so happy to have these two with us for 2 weeks. We have been on the go the entire time and stay up late and laugh until it hurts. It's so nice to have family here and the kids adore them. I will post pictures of our adventures with them once they leave..until then I will post just one! Enjoy!

Riley's Party

It's never to late to post pictures...right? I have been so behind. Here are some pictures of Riley's party. We had it at the village hall in our village. Riley is obsessed with Star Wars and so that was the theme. We had it so the kids had to go through Jedi Training to become Jedi's. I made some light sabers and at the end they had to fight the Jedi who turned to the dark side(big brother Colby). The party was a hit and was mad crazy. I didn't put to much thought when I decide to give 20 wild and crazy kids light sabers and give them the okay to fight each other. It was nuts but it's all about memories and I know Riley had a blast. Colby was great to help with the party and did anything I needed him to..thanks buddy!I have more pictures and will add them when I find them..haha!
Here is his birthday invitations

The Food table. We had Padowan Pizza, Deathstar Donuts,Yoda Soda, Wookie Cookies, Chewbacca Crisps and of course some yummy cupcakes.

The gift table with some of the obstacle course
Homeade Light Sabers

The kids going through the obstacle course
Hitting the Death Star Pinata
Blurry from the craziness of the broken pinata

Opening Presents

After they all completed the training course they officially became Jedi's and took home a certificate of completion and their own light saber
We all had such a great time but felt like I should have sent home an apology letter to the parents. I wired all of the kids up with plenty of sugar and then sent them home with a weapon. I am sure they all love me..haha!

This little face makes it all work it!

The Fourth Of July

I know I am so behind but I think that this one will finally catch me up on this blog.Celebrations are nothing like they are in Utah but there is alot of pride on this holiday up on base. The have a large carnival and fireworks in Feltwell. We enjoyed a BBQ with our family at home and then made our way over to the carnival and fireworks.

You Wanna Play Catch?

Some of my favorite memories when I was little was to play catch with my Dad. Our kids loved playing catch this summer. Riley got really good and man does Colby have an arm on him. It was so cute how Colby taught Riley how to catch and kept giving him pointers on how to get better. There is nothing like a nice game of catch on a nice summer night
I love this picture. Riley really kept his eye on the ball..literally! Daddy had to check it to make sure that Riley was okay.

London

Colby was so funny in London. He cracks me up with all of the face expressions. He said he liked London but didn't like all the walking and just wanted to look at the nice and expensive cars there. The kids all did so good to walk all day long even when it decided to rain on us for a few hours. We went to Hard Rock and relaxed for a bit before we went back out to the madness. Enjoy!
